Altaf for appointment of Kamal as interim Karachi mayor

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said that sanitation situation in Karachi and Hyderabad has worsened as local bodies elections were not held in Sindh for years.
According to a statement issued here on late Saturday night, he said that due to lack of cleanliness of nullas and drains rain played havoc in Karachi.He demanded of the government to appoint MQM leaders Mustafa Kamal and Kanwar Naveed as mayors of Karachi and Hyderabad respectively for an interim period
