Prisons in Sindh under threat of attack: Wasan

SUKKUR: The Sindh Minister for Prisons, Manzoor Wasan has warned that jails in the province are under threat.
Speaking to the media here, Wasan said there were inmates from banned outfits at the Karachi Central Jail, Hyderabad and Sukkur and threats had been received of attacks at these prisons. Wasan added that security measures had been taken in light of these threats.Punjab Law Minister, Rana Sanaullah also confirmed that jails in Sindh could be attacked, however jails in Punjab were not under threat.
