By-Elections: Sindh Election Commission seeks army deployment at polling stations

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission in Sindh has requested for army deployment at all polling stations in the province during the by-elections.
The request was made due to the deteriorating security situation in the province. The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) said the provincial Election Commission146s request would be presented to the army.By-election in Pakistan will be held across Pakistan on August 22 including four national and provincial assembly seats in Sindh.
