KARACHI: Rangers conducted an operation in Karachi146s Manghopir Sultanabad area on Friday and seized a large cache of arms, ammunition and explosives, while detaining 11 suspects including a would-be suicide bomber, Geo News reported.
Rangers conducted an operation in Manghopir Sultanabad area of Karachi which began at 5:00AM and 1500 personnel took part in the operation.
The rangers arrested 11 suspects including a would-be suicide bomber and seized 33 tennis ball bombs, 3 smoke bombs, 46 different kinds of weapons, walkie-talkie radio set, a computer as well as a sizeable quantity of ammunition.
Rangers sources add, that the suspects detained belong to a banned terrorist organization.
