KARACHI: Seven more people including two police personnel were gunned down as target killings continue in the holy month of Ramzan, Geo News reported on Monday.
According to details, two alleged target killers were arrested in an operation conducted in Patel Parra by paramilitary force, recovering weapons from criminal's possession.The Rangers conducted two raids on criminal's hideouts, in which 300 personnel including women took part.
According to sources, notorious target killers identified as Tariq aka Don and Asim Mirza were arrested during the paramilitary force raids, while it has also seized a number of weapons from accused possession.
Enraged protestors tortured media representatives, following the departure of Rangers after completion of operation.
On the other hand, two bodies were found in gunny bags from a garbage cabin in Baldia Town.
In another incident, unidentified outlaws gunned down a man on Abul Hasan Ispahani Road.
Two police personnel were also killed in separate incidents of firing in Muzaffarabad colony area of Landhi and Guru Mandir. Another man was also killed in Baldia Town.
