PTI has nothing to do with Met police actions: Imran

LONDON: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan Monday clarified that his party has nothing to do with the actions of Metropolitan police, Geo News reported.
In a statement issued from London, Imran Khan said his party has no connection whatsoever with the actions of Metropolitan police, which may lead to the arrest of anyone under any kind of charges.
He said the Met police is an independent organization, which is performing its functions by remaining within its domain.
He said the purpose for his current visit to London is to get a checkup for his backbone from a surgeon.
The PTI Chief maintained that a massive rigging was carried out in the general elections of May 11, snatching away seats from his party.
He said the protest will continue till justice is done. Democratic stability is not possible in Pakistan unless we get justice,148 he added.
