ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has vowed to eradicate terrorism from the country, Geo News reported.
PM Nawaz Sharif was presiding over a meeting of the FATA MPs at the Prime Minister House on Wednesday. In the meeting, he held consultations with the members on the new National Security Policy.The prime minister said the government will take all stakeholders into confidence before devising a new policy.
Pakistan is passing through critical circumstances, therefore, we all have to join hands to fight against the menace of terrorism, the prime minister added.
The FATA MPs assured their full support to the prime minister on his measures adopted to tackle terrorism.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Pervez Rasheed, Khawaja Asif, Saad Rafiq, Qadir Baloch, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Advisor to PM Sartaj Aziz, Tariq Fatimi and others participated in the meeting.
