PM assures social, economic uplift of FATA

ISLAMABAD  - Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has assured that the government is committed to economic and social uplift of Federally Administered Tribal Areas by bringing it at par with other parts of the country.The PM said this while talking to a delegation of Senators from FATA who called on him here on Thursday.PM Nawaz Sharif reiterated that the government is striving to improve the living standards of the people of the areas. The meeting discussed the overall political situation of the country including the upcoming presidential election.

FATA Senators assured PML-N leadership of complete support in the presidential elections.
Federal Ministers Pervaiz Rashid and Ishaq Dar were also present in the meeting.
