No restrictions on Dr Shakil Afridi to meet family

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has forwarded a request to hand over Dr Shakil Afridi to the federation, Geo News reported.

This was said by advisor to KP Chief Minister for Jail, Malik Qasim here Sunday.

Speaking to Geo News, Malik Qasim said the KP government had forwarded a written application for handing over Dr Shakil Afridi to the federation. He was optimistic that the provincial government will get positive response in this regard.The advisor said there were no restrictions on Dr Afridi to meet with the family members.
